Set up originally as the Ysaÿe Competition for young violinists, in memory of violinist Eugène Ysaÿe, this prestigious music competition was renamed for its patroness Queen Elisabeth in 1951. In this 23rd edition for violin, the most gifted violinists once again take the stage.
